Good Morning! I don't know if you caught my live today but I wanted you to see what came in the January Create with Me! box. I worked really curating this box for my founding members. I wanted to put together art activities for moms, grandmas, aunts, or anyone could do with children to make special memories. I also wanted them to be 3 totally different projects. I made sure to have all supplies needed with written directions as well as a link to a video tutorial for each project. The subscribers also found a couple of little surprises in their box that you can see in the replay video below.
First, there was an adult and a child size apron that they could stencil on my logo and wear while making their masterpieces.
I included 2 stencils made from my Cricut with the logo on it. The adult helper could then press it down firmly on each apron and use a make-up sponge and white paint to stencil it on. I encouraged them to also add their handprints on the bottom of the apron for fun and some added color.
The second activity was a wood door hanger of a puppy with a bone that says "I Woof You!" There were easy to follow lines on the wood where you could see to paint.
The third project was a ceramic teddy bear box. I thought this would be great for keeping money, stickers, small toys or other treasures in. I included the glossy Mod Podge to make it shiny if they desired.
